Mediante le tecniche pi\u00f9 evolute di tale fase della filiera e la sperimentazione di materiali in continua evoluzione, si garantisce il mantenimento di un elevato standard qualitativo per le produzioni di oggetti in serie con l\u2019obiettivo di abbattere anche i costi legati allo stampaggio delle cere mediante la prototipazione rapida. La prototipazione rapida (wax prototyping) in ogni caso non viene mai scartata a priori, ma si valuta attentamente insieme al cliente quale possa essere la strada migliore da percorrere a seconda degli oggetti da realizzare e delle esigenze tecnico-economiche.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019utilizzo di iniettori di cera sottovuoto di ultima generazione, comandati da personale altamente qualificato, garantiscono l\u2019uniformit\u00e0 della produzione della cera ed assicurano la realizzazione di elementi identici tra loro.<\/p>\n<p>Tutti i vari parametri che contribuiscono alla perfetta riuscita del prodotto vengono registrati elettronicamente in modo che, anche a distanza di tempo, la replica di oggetti sia fedele alla produzione realizzata nel periodo precedente.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>GOMMATURA E CERE Per realizzare produzioni in serie la C.G.S. srl vanta al suo interno un reparto dedicato alla gommatura del cosiddetto GIT.
